RETURN & DAMAGE POLICY — FRAMED ARTWORK

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your framed piece arrives with broken glass, frame damage, or print defects due to shipping, contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damage. I’ll reframe and reship at no cost. You don’t need to return the damaged piece.

I ship every framed print in a custom box with corner protection and "Fragile - Glass" markings.

PRINTING/FRAMING DEFECTS
Each piece is inspected before shipping. If you receive a frame with obvious defects — chips, gaps, broken seal, or print issues not visible in listing photos — email me within 24 hours with photos. I’ll reframe and reship at no cost.

ALL SALES FINAL
Framed artwork is made to order and final sale. Please review the framed size 16x20", frame style, and listing details carefully before purchasing. I do not accept returns for change of mind or décor mismatches.

LOCAL DELIVERY
For free local delivery: I inspect the framed piece with you at drop-off. Once accepted, the sale is final unless damage occurred in transit to your door.
