Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Concepts Photoshop for your wildlife photography prints. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Production Time
All prints are custom-made to order by our printing partner, Artbeat Studios. Production times are estimates and may fluctuate based on order volume and product availability.
Typical Production Times:
- HD Acrylic Prints: 5-10 business days
- Paper Metallic Prints: 3-5 business days
Production times do not include shipping transit time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so we can confirm the timeline.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Free Shipping Orders over $150 qualify for FREE shipping within the contiguous United States.
Standard Shipping (Orders Under $150)
- Flat rate shipping applies to all orders under $150
- Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 United States
- International shipping available upon request (additional fees apply)
Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and International) will receive a shipping quote before production begins. Once you approve the quote, your order will enter production.
Large Format Prints Oversized prints that require freight shipping will receive a freight quote before production begins. Standard shipping carriers cannot accommodate very large prints. Once you approve the freight quote, your order will enter production.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS (for smaller orders)
Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.
Damaged Shipments
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- Photos of the original packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
We will work with our printing partner to replace damaged items at no additional cost. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately within 60 minutes of placing your order. After 60 minutes, orders enter production and cannot be modified.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.
