Return & Refund Policy
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every wildlife print we sell. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping label
Email us at jrpepp@pepster.com and we'll work with our printing partner to resolve the issue quickly.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our wildlife prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each print is produced specifically for you when you place your order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order. After 60 minutes, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Production Times
Production times are estimates and may vary. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the timeline.
Warranty Coverage
HD Acrylic Prints - 3-Year Warranty Covers manufacturing defects including delamination, lifting, or material failures under normal indoor display conditions. Does not cover scratches, chips, cracks, impact damage, sun exposure, fading, or improper handling.
Paper Metallic Prints (Unframed) - No Warranty Due to the delicate nature of fine art papers and factors outside our control (humidity, handling, framing), unframed paper prints are not covered under warranty.
What's Not Considered a Defect
HD Acrylic: Minor dust particles, small bubbles, or raised bumps may occasionally be present due to the face-mounting process. These are normal characteristics of this premium printing method and do not qualify for replacement.
Color Variations: Every screen displays colors differently. We use professional color-matching processes, but slight variations between your screen and the final print are normal and not considered defects.
Image Quality: We are not responsible for image quality issues resulting from low-resolution source files. All images are reviewed before printing.
